Why We Give

We give because God has given to us. Our time, our talents, our treasures—they all come from God. But in love, our Heavenly Father gave us the greatest gift of all: God the Son became the man Jesus Christ; He became poor that we might become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). What motivated Him? Hebrews 12:2 says that it was for the joy set before Him that He endured the cross. When that love grips us, we give our lives away. Free, sacrificial giving is then first and fundamentally a matter of love and joy. We love because He first loved us. We give because God has given to us.

Areas to Give

General Fund

Staff, Ministries, Facilities, etc. (10% of this fund goes to global and local missions.)

Building FOR FAMILY Campaign

Building a new VCC Kids & Disability building, expanding our family Gathering Place, and updating our Student Center and kitchen.

Pleasanton Bell Tower Foundation

BENEVOLENCE FUND

Managed by the deacons, this fund meets the needs of those inside and outside of the church. For more information on Benevolence, click here.

Guatemala global partnership

Opportunity to give a gift that will impact Latin America, Guatemala families and communities. We are combining godly resources and strengths with HOPE International and Compassion International to help break the chain of poverty.  For more information click here.
